Help for live traffic, cameras, location, petrol, currency, and saved web-account features.

Quick checks

  1. Confirm that the device has an internet connection and retry the affected card.
  2. Pull down on the Traffic tab to refresh routes, clearance, and cameras.
  3. If location is denied, search for a Singapore area manually or enable foreground access in iOS Settings.
  4. Camera images and third-party data can be temporarily unavailable even when route estimates still work.
  5. Saved routes and Malaysia places are managed through the web account linked from the iPhone app.

For a reproducible issue, include the affected tab, checkpoint or direction, approximate time, iPhone model, iOS version, and a screenshot with personal information removed. Contact links are available on the developer’s public GitHub profile.
